Church problems, what do i do?

Talk with your pastor about this situation, And i know it hurts a lot but even though they speak bad things about you behind your back but the best thing to do is pray for them. Think this "What Would Jesus Do." It will be hard but never loose hope or faith. God here's your prayers and will answer them in their time. :)
