TRANSFER SCHOOL ASAP!?

i need help how can i transfer high schools, im to the point where i feel like im going to explode im sick and tired of theses kids side comments and how they categorize themself they think(excuse my languag) their better than everybody.... i have two people sit behind me everyday and talk sh** about me like i cant hear im try to keep my cool and not fight but their pushing my limits.... i just want to know how i can transfer out asap ! please dont leave no comments about tell an administer or start an anti-bullying program please just tell me how i can start my transfer progress im in fairfax county HELPP!
