Sims 3 Ambitions character not moving?

My Sims 3 Ambitions character is a ghost hunter and i set it for him to exorcizing 3 objects. He did 2 and it said it was done, but he continued to exorcizing the last one, even though there was no spirit. Now hes frozen while exorcizing the chair. I tried to make him go home, age up, and everything but nothing will work and I already saved. The owner of the house even tried to kick him out! How can I unfreeze him?
