Section 8 helpppp?!?!?

Hi, I been looking for a townhouse because I just got approved on Section 8. We were given 2 months to look for a home but it's been impossible because the women who is supposed to be approving the homes we found is taking a long time to approve them. We are trying to move from Fairfax County into Prince William County and they already sent our files to Prince William County. We have been given at least 3 extensions because she's been taking to long. Our FINAL extensions is July 19 and that's exactly a month. We don't know what to do. Should we hire a lawyer? She has been taking her precious time and doesn't answer our phone calls? HELP PLEASEEE!
