My Husband Was Molested As A Child..?

Recently my husband opened up to me, and confided in me that he was molested when he was younger. It was a very short non detailed story. This confession came out of the blue, and i think he even stunned himself by sharing it. He had never told a soul, and just felt the need to share it. After he told me what happened, a few days later i tried to bring it up to see if he would be willing to go speak to someone about it. To maybe finally give himself the ability to heal. He completely shut down, and got angry saying he hopes that he doesn't regret telling me, and that he doesn't want me to bring it up. How do i go about helping him? I don't want to push him, but i want him to start to heal. His trust is low due to what happened and now it all makes sense. All i want to do is help him. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to how i go about helping him speak about it more or have him be willing to get professional help?
