A feeling i cannot be rid of?

I may appear somewhat stern on outward appearances to those who know me, but inside there is nothing but sadness, and loneliness. Never have i felt this depressed before. Whats a guy to do that has no where to go, no one to confide in, and no power to do anything at all? Im sick of escaping. Nor do I want to burden those with problems of their own.
